Dr Nadine Cameron is a wellbeing consultant and meditation teacher. She has a long-term fascination with what makes people feel good, what makes them feel vibrant, passionate, and good about life. Nadine completed her PhD on the relevance of neuroscience to mental health. She is actively engaged in theatre and the arts, drawing on these sources to enrich her theoretical and practice knowledge within social work.
