Dr Jo Mitchell is a clinical psychologist and co-founder of The Mind Room. She works with professionals experiencing mental illness, burnout, or struggling to achieve important life goals, find meaning and live well. Jo also has expertise in wellbeing science – including positive psychology, ACT and mindfulness – and completed her PhD in this field. Jo has a passion for re-mixing ideas and connecting people and project to create collaborations that make positive change. Her favourite current community projects include MindMax, Better Out Than In, and Band4Hope. She looks forward to joining you on this urban mindfulness adventure.
